It's exceedingly hard to avoid red dye and food dye in general during the holidays. The Easter Amanda turned two and had jelly beans for the first time was when I knew for a fact she could no longer have food dye, period. She raged for hours after our Easter egg hunt. Yep, that's right, today is National Corndog Day. It all started back around the early 90's when a couple drunk basketball fans in Corvallis, Oregon where I lived the 20 years previous to moving here - I don't know the guys though realized they were hungry... Natalie is still snotty. I still look like I lost a fight. Besides that, everything is normal! Today they did Easter at daycare. I was really surprised with all the stuff a 1 year old got! Natalie gets a little bit of chocolate, if I give her, say 2 chocolate kisses, she'll drive me nuts. So she gets chocolate chips, like 4 of them spread out. She got chips, sugar cereal packs, suckers, candy bars, bubbles really cute a necklace we'll keep, peeps, jellybeans, gumballs, gum - a TON of stuff.

We've had a 4H field trip this week, the long trip to the doctor for my mom, Awana, game night, tween night both at the library, skate night and multiple trips to Walmart and Kroger. Consequently, we've eaten out more than usual because we've been on the road so much. The house is a mess, I'm behind on my work. I tell you, weeks like this are not good for anybody. I found 2 potential mini-fridges on Craigs List for only 50. They would cost 150-200 if I bought one new at Best Buy or Walmart. The smallest fridge at Walmart is 60+ but it is only 1.7 cu.ft.
